ABOUT US

Built by people who were on the court themselves

We both come from tennis, first as players and later as coaches. That means years on the court, but also years off it: organizing groups, talking to parents, and in August, puzzling over a schedule that just wouldn't come together again.

Every season, we encountered the same issues. A schedule that takes weeks to complete and falls apart as soon as a single player joins. A file that no one is sure is the latest version of. Coaches having to dig up their own schedule from a group chat, and a front desk answering the same question all day long. Not because clubs are performing poorly, but simply because there were no tools for it.

At some point, we realized that it is actually a planning issue. The rules of an academy are well known: levels that need to match, coaches with their own hours and contracts, courts that can only handle one lesson at a time, and families who prefer to train at the same time. Good solutions exist for these kinds of issues. They just had never been translated into the language of a tennis club.

That is what we have built. ClubScheduler creates a season schedule in minutes that takes into account everything that truly limits a club, honestly shows who doesn't fit and why, and then keeps coaches, players, and parents informed in one place.

Our ambition extends beyond a single club. We want every tennis club in the Netherlands to be able to create a schedule that is accurate, explainable, and doesn't take up half the preseason, so that coaches' time goes to the court instead of to cells in a spreadsheet.
